Two content concepts per vertical, across both brands and both markets — plus the credential work that has to land before any of it can be posted. Every concept here is deliberately consent-free: gear, empty venues, explainers and time-zone content. None of it requires a client's event footage.
Each of these came out of evidence, not preference — the first two from BondHairBar's own consent failures, the third from the market research.
Not a clip, not a still, not anonymised, not ever. The funeral verticals below use only typography, empty spaces and explainers. This is not negotiable and no automation may be able to violate it.
Separate accounts, separate calendars, separate queues. A hora reel next to a memorial post is brand-ending. The separation holds at the property level, not just the post level.
BHB's lesson, verbatim: "a rule adopted after the assets exist does not retroactively check them." So the engine is scoped around gear, venues and explainers. Client footage is a bonus when a release exists, never the plan.
Each tile shows the visual concept, the platform and format it is cut for, the actual caption copy, and why it clears the consent gate.
Time-lapse of the rig going up in an empty hall — cases open, tripod out, cable run, tally light on. Ends on the finished chuppah as the first guest walks in.
A clean time-zone card. Genuinely useful, endlessly shareable in family WhatsApp groups, and it markets the core proposition without showing a single guest.
Valeri explains camera placement over an empty sanctuary — why a back-of-room wide shot fails the grandparents, and where you actually have to be.
Explains a service almost nobody advertises: relatives abroad record a blessing, we play it into the live broadcast so the room sees it too.
Aimed squarely at synagogue boards. The research found nine major LA congregations streaming through consumer platforms with no integrator credited anywhere.
The single clearest differentiator found in the LA research: no competitor advertises Shabbat-aware, pre-set unattended operation. This says it plainly.
Typography on a plain ground. No imagery whatsoever. States the problem the service exists to solve, without dramatising anyone's grief.
The direct answer to LiveControl, already installed at Groman Eden at $199/event. A fixed PTZ cannot leave the chapel. That is the entire competitive argument.
A real, checkable number from published convention-centre rate cards. Useful to event planners, and it positions bonded cellular as a saving rather than a technicality.
Close-up of hands on a switcher, cutting between sources in real time. Fascinating to watch and it makes the difference from a static camera obvious in three seconds.
Empty auditorium with the camera position marked. Sells to schools and PTAs, not to families — a different buyer with a recurring annual budget.
Not a post — a production principle. Every explainer is shot once and cut four ways. It quadruples output from one filming session and is the differentiator the LA research found nobody advertising.
The rule, taken from BondHairBar's failure rather than from preference: provision credentials first, then automate. BHB's posting layer drives Chrome with xdotool and screenshots the result ~45 times a posting day — an architecture that exists only because a token was never minted. It has not posted since 2026-07-31.
Browser- and account-gated, so Andrey or Valeri must do it. Wire into the studio node credstore. ⚠️ DEFAULT_CHANNEL = "ascnet" — an upload omitting the channel argument silently targets the wrong account. Call youtube_whoami before every upload. Quota: videos.insert ≈ 1600 units of 10,000/day → ~6 uploads/day.
Must sit in a business portfolio bound to a named Facebook Page — not a personal Accounts Center. This is the gate for the Graph API, and misreading it is what produced a false "blocked" diagnosis at BHB.
BHB has two duplicate Pages splitting followers and damaging local SEO. Check Valeri's before anything is built on top of them.
One per market. Google defaults to u/0; the client is usually u/1 — that cost BHB a full session. GBP video has no API path and is manual forever; only photo posts could ever be automated.
Port BHB's two-stage caption pattern — a model writes metadata once at cut time, a deterministic renderer builds every platform's text at post time with no model in the loop. Replace BHB's hardcoded NAP constants with per-brand config: name, contact, CTA policy, hashtag rules, language set, city map. Four configs, one per property.
One source clip → HE/RU/EN caption sets and burned-in subtitle variants. BHB never needed this; it is the whole edge here. ⚠️ Requires ffmpeg with libass — Mac ffmpeg lacks it, so this runs on a fleet node.
No browser layer. Native platform scheduling is free and divides the effort by six. 🔴 YouTube's scheduler defaults to GMT+0 while IG/TikTok/GBP use the browser clock — a GBP post entered as "12:00 PM" published at 5:24 AM Pacific at BHB. Israel and LA are 10 hours apart, so assert timezone per brand and read it back after scheduling.
| Excluded | Why |
|---|---|
| The xdotool / screenshot browser layer | A workaround for missing credentials. Carries SR-141's security model — publishing authority held by SSH access to one Linux account, not by any platform credential. |
| Anything depending on HeyGen | API wallet at $0 — returns 402 even with 1,172 studio credits showing. Two separate purses. |
| AI avatar or synthetic voice | Lane is banner-marked superseded, pending likeness consent and an unresolved AI-disclosure policy. Actively wrong for a funeral brand. |
| GBP video automation | No API path exists. Manual forever. |
video-factory skill | Documentation with no engine — its scripts/ directory does not exist. Cannot run as written. |
